Mt. Assiniboine is famously known as the “Matterhorn of Canada.” It towers 3,618 metres high in Mt. Assiniboine Provincial Park in Alberta. In “Mt. Assiniboine Grandeur“, the artist has contrasted the majesty of this towering snow-covered mountain with the warmth and cosiness of a hikers cabin.
